This private, double-story townhouse is positioned at the rear of three townhouses in the residential suburb of Norlane. Conveniently located, this townhouse is situated just off Princes Hwy, minutes from the Ring Road and 10 minutes from Geelong's main attractions.



Northside Townhouse offers an inviting and light-filled open-plan lounge and dining area along with a fully appointed kitchen downstairs, together with the convenience of a powder room, European laundry and study nook. The northerly aspect looks out to the spacious private rear courtyard featuring an outdoor dining setting so you can enjoy alfresco cooking and dining with friends and family.
