- There is music playing in the hallways that can be heard clearly from the rooms. It is not pleasant at all! I asked them to turn it off, but they refused... - The spa was out of service, even though it was the main reason I chose this hotel. Nobody informed me about it in advance. - To make up for the spa being unavailable, they offered to treat me to dinner. However, when it was time to pay, they told me that drinks were not included. They had never informed me of this beforehand ! It gives me the impression of a hotel with a lot of potential but not exploiting it. Too arrogant to do so.

Even before arriving at the hotel, I received an email informing me that the room I had booked did not include access to the swimming pool. I have to say that the advertising was misleading, and the fact that the hotel sends this email in advance suggests they are aware of the issue. Although it was stated in the fine print after selecting the room that pool access was not included, the layout is very confusing. Hotel rooms, rooms with pool access, and rooms without pool access are all mixed together, making it very difficult to notice the difference when booking. This felt misleading and was very disappointing. Overall, however, the place is lovely. There are restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are wonderful!

Lustica Bay is an absolute hidden gem! If you are looking for a destination that is calm, private, and away from the typical tourist crowds, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is incredibly serene, making it the perfect spot to truly unwind and relax. What really made our stay stand out, however, was the service. The staff is the perfect blend of impeccable professionalism and genuine warmth. They are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome without being intrusive. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a sophisticated yet peaceful getaway. I can't wait to return!

Le personnel est adorable tant à la réception qu’au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. La plage est en hyper contrebas de l’hôtel et nécessite la voiture de l’hôtel pour y accéder et en revenir. La plage est très petite et pas la plus agréable de la zone. Et enfin, la chambre donne sur un couloir vitré surchauffé qui lui même donne sur la route extrêmement passante toute la nuit. Détestable et surtout infiniment bruyant!!!!! En sus, nous avions un duplex et les lits des enfants étaient en bas avec la vue époustouflante et nous en haut dans une chambre sans fenêtre avec juste un Velux. Très étrange comme parti pris. En tout cas, nous n’aurions pas pris ce dernier d’autant plus que la chambre du haut n’a pas de porte. Autre point compliqué, les blocs de climatisation à l’ancienne: soit vous crevez de froid soit de chaud…. Vraiment dommage pour un hôtel à ce tarif (plus de 1000€/nuit).
