« Extremely disappointing experience. A so-called luxury house, where we were provided with one bath towel for two people and the welcome was two lists of prohibitions. We had been looking forward to cooking our own food, but it was unrealistic with all the restrictions that were in connection with cooking. If the prohibitions are violated, it costs a lot per prohibition. We did not feel welcome at all and left the place the very next day. »

« We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay. »

« Facilities were good. Stay spoilt by someone trying to smash the front door in at 4am in the morning. Maybe we were unlucky, but not a nice experience. Wouldn’t risk staying again. »
