Hotel Genval

« Surroundings and the manoir are gorgeous. The breakfast spread is outstanding. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms, and that is on purpose(I asked). For a hotel of that standing, I found that surprising. The only heat in the room was a space heater. It took a while to heat up but then was sufficient. Our room key stopped working before checkout time. I suspect that was because of the time change the day before, but it still meant a 10 min round-trip to go to the front desk and get...

« This was my second time staying here for work, and to be honest, I’ll continue to book this hotel whenever I can. It’s tucked just behind the main road, which is ideal because you completely avoid the noise from the tram. A special mention to the team, they were lovely and even remembered me from my previous stay during check-in, which was a great personal touch. In the evening, a colleague and I enjoyed playing a round of pool while grabbing a beer and a glass of wine from the self-serve...
