« I had a fantastic month-long stay here. The apartment is beautifully set up, spotless, and very comfortable, especially the bed! The location is perfect for exploring downtown Georgetown, and the host was excellent: responsive, welcoming, and attentive to details. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it. »

« The room was extremely clean. The bed is comfortable. We didn't cook in the room because we were only there 2 nights. We did notice the skillet needs scrubbing. We would suggest having a small table with 2 chairs instead of the desk with 1 chair. We didn't use the TV. We don't have streaming apps. Suggest having a few local channels for news and weather. The washer and dryer are a big plus. They are noisy and may need some maintenance. The belts are squealing. »

« There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. There was also partially used food in the cabinets (peanut butter & chips). The...

« Communication was spot on about every detail. The studio apartment was very nice in appearance and was super clean. I loved sitting outside on the balcony and loved the big trees that were part of the property. Although our weekend activities were in the Austin area the drive to and from was not at all long. In fact, we enjoyed returning back to this area and the tranquil nature of this property. I would highly recommend! »
