The home is well equipped with Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and nine Smart TVs throughout. An elevator provides added convenience, while hair dryers and hangers are also available for guests. Enjoy the outdoors from the deck and multiple screened porches, complete with outdoor furniture and a table and chairs for dining or relaxing. COMMUNITY: DeBordieu Colony is a very private, oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination; it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks who enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week, and you may decide to stay forever.

MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

ENHANCED CLEANING, DISINFECTION, AND SANITIZATION: Our number one priority is the well-being and safety of our guests. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees, providing greater security, quality, and accountability. We do not utilize third-party cleaning companies. We use CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants, and personal protection equipment. Our properties are private, well-maintained, hygienic, and sanitized. A whole safe and private space just for you and your family. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation by the Guest will result in the forfeiture of deposits or payments made, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages, unless the Guest has purchased Vacation Travel Protection and qualifies for coverage under that program.
If the property is re-rented for the same rental period and at the same rate, the rental deposit will be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge equal to 4.75% of the total reservation amount. Guests may not sublet or assign the Rental Agreement without the express written consent of the Agent. Transfers to another property are considered cancellations. Because each reservation is an agreement with Peace Vacations, as Agent, for a specific property and property Owner, a transfer to another property will only be permitted if the original property is re-rented for the same rental period and at the same rate.
