What a great place! This is our second stay in these townhomes (we stayed in the neighboring one two years ago). The location is ideal - off I70 and right on the lake. Perfect size for our fam of three. I wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest place, but I won’t spend anymore time talking about that because I don’t want to take away from the amazing property management company and just how perfect this place really is. Everyone who walked by while we fished and played outside was wonderful. The Cabin Creek Brewery is a stone’s throw, and the short walk to historic downtown is a breeze. Couldn’t recommend this place more! We will be back.

Nice stay, other than other guests clothes left in dresser drawers it was a nice place to stay. Only complaint is the noise from the interstate is rather loud when trying to sleep with the windows open at night. Backdoor opens right to the water edge, really lovely view!

The house was clean and had all the basic amenities. The back yard is a small lake, very pretty. Only negative is that the house is facing the highway and when opening the windows at night to let fresh air in, you will hear all the high speed traffic going by.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Easy to get to as it’s right off I-70. Great little town w/ choice of places to eat, local market, and gas right nearby. Close proximity to many of the ski areas. Will be back for sure!

Great location and comfy beds

This location is great and has all the things to make it a great Loveland lodging option. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, garage to help keep the car warmer and cleaner, plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen was moderately equipped. We only ate there for breakfast and to prep lunch. We ate out every evening. I think if I had tried to cook, I would have needed some extra things. It was a nice option to be able to go to the hotel for the hot tub. We just had to sign in with the hotel at first. Cons- none of which ruined our stay or would keep us from booking again. The condo looked brand new in the pictures but when we got there some things looked pretty worn. We initially thought they gave us the wrong address because it looked like we were in a construction site. The construction is all on the opposite side, but the construction trailer and stuff were on the side of the condo. The floors (the laminate and carpet) definitely need replaced. The walls are all scuffed up and need re-painted. We also couldn’t get the heat low enough. We kept putting it down to 64 at night but it would automatically go back up to 69 so we sweat most nights, except for the last. So if you can’t figure it out I would suggest reaching out to the company.the first night.

Convenient location but noisy

Nice place but it is noisy overlooking I-70. But it is a super quick drive to Loveland for skiing. The first level was very dirty and dusty when we checked in. We had to vacuum immediately upon arrival. Other than that all was fine.

Nice Location!

This is the second time we have used a property in this location. We like how close it is to the area and easy to reach hiking trails and the Guanella Pass. We will definitely be staying here again next year! It was easy to extend our stay and communication with Management was very easy!

New place but already showing age

Overall the place is nice. We had some unpleasant experiences. First the back door was open when we arrived, we had an 8 hour power outage likely due to nearby construction and the microwave oven didn’t work. The unit is new but there was considerable wear. Carpet stains, Sheetrock damage, etc. With that said the place worked well for us.

The unit is pretty much as pictured, just less fresh with a need for deeper cleaning. Georgetown is a beautiful historic town with several restaurant choices and interesting shops.
