« A very nice condo in a great location! The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator and carts. You can see and hear the ocean at that level. The walk to the beach through the grasses and shrubs is beautiful! Nice wide beach. Everything I needed was in the condo including beach stuff in a storage unit. Communication was good and check-in was easy. St. Simon’s is beautiful and unusual. On,y 25% of properties are rentals, so it is a real low country town with gorgeous old trees festooned...

« Just a place to sleep and nothing more. Many electrical issues throughout the house. Spent 20 minutes trying to turn on of the 3 lights near the stairs so I can go upstairs. Messaged the host and got this response, "You can line it up by putting one person at each light switch and flipping the switches to get it on:)". They put single pull switches all over the house so one switch controls the power and then you have to align other switches to get it to turn on. The outlet next to one bed...

« Cozy little condo, if a little outdated. VCR and a cable box connected to a 19” tv via screw-in coaxial cable? Queen size bed almost too big for bedroom, and the mattress so worn out you feel like a beached turtle trying to get up. Had to go back to management office to get key because they forget it was not keypad access. Lady at office was nice. »

« I would give an overall rating of 2….downstairs toilet was clogged, the only wooden chair on the balcony collapsed and broke under my husband. He’s on blood thinner (87 years old) and ended up cutting his hand during the fall. Took a while to stop the bleeding because he’s on blood thinner. »

« This place is EXACTLY as pictured and described. It's spacious and clean and quiet! So much better than a hotel room, and very reasonably priced!! The location is terrific, plus you get your own parking space (not guaranteed in many Savannah rentals). We’ve gone to Savannah each year for the last four years, and I think we’ve found a place we’d all like to stay at again. Highly recommend! »
