We enjoyed all of the spaces FREE parking front yard seating area outdoor backyard area screened porch and the very large unit itself. The furnishings are a bit "dated" but clean and comfortable. « Secure building, friendly staff, multiple door entrance side door closes at 9pm reopens in the morning allowing everyone to use front door entrance only late at night which adds to the security. Property sits beside an ice cream store, corner store and liquor store. Restaurants and walking distance also able to Uber eats.. beautiful view from the screened in balcony with seating. Excellent for your morning cup of tea or just to read a book or catch vibes and not be bothered by bugs or onlookers....

« Great place, but we were at the mercy of whoever checked in upstairs. If they were leaving early we could not sleep in. If they were up late it was too noisy to get to sleep. Otherwise the apt was clean and cozy. Just bring my some ear plugs to get a good nights sleep. »
