Read below Booked a room advertised with floor-to-ceiling panoramic mountain views, but was checked into a room staring directly at a blank wooden wall and an air conditioner.  When I contacted Expedia, their own representative acknowledged in writing that the room delivered was a "wall view with only a partial mountain view," yet claimed they were "powerless" to help because the hotel refused to cooperate. „Var bra sted hvor du kunne slappe av. Gåavstand til sentrum ca 10 min. Var lite folk der nå så vet ikke åssen stemningen er der med fulle rom. Rommet vårt hadde balkong moderne bad/kjøkken. Det som var dårlig var senga og sofaen, burde byttes for den var sliten. Savnet en del kjøkkenutstyr.“

„(1) Completely no English-language TV channel available, such as BBC or CNN. (2) The soundproofing is poor. (5) All the trash in the room must be cleaned up by guests ourselves.“

„Sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage und Unterkunft top :-)“

„We were asked to pay a deposit of 500 PLN upon check-in, which we did. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be transferred as soon as they had checked the room. When I tried messaging them after 2 days, we heard nothing back. It is now more than a month since we checked out, and we have neither received a response nor our money back.“
