« No cooktop in room. Needed to get the hot plate from front desk »

« To start, the front desk guy was very unenthusiastic about his job. One word answers to questions. Biggest issue was the state of our room. Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff. Needs a full makeover. No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained. »

« Front desk personnel could have been much more aware at check-in. Rooms were very clean. It seems to me that one of the most important areas to clean, easiest to maintain, and most often overlooked is the elevator. CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE ELEVATOR CARS! »

« Staff was nice unfortunately there was some issues with the guests next door and didn’t let us sleep. The tub wasn’t clean; there was dirt and hairs inside of it »
