« As a guest paying for parking that has a long truck that I had to go around which made inconvenient. Another thing as the room do have coffee machine but come with no water in the room which makes guest go out of the way to get water. When asking for water you have be Hilton reward member and if your not you will not get any . The person handing out water not nice. As well for everyone to be aware to check the iron since during my stay the iron ruin a whole outfit that I needed for my work...

« It's not most attractive on the outside. Inside was clean, roomy, functional. The bed was comfortable. My only question, though not necessarily a complaint, was no shampoo, etc ? »

« Towrls were thon, stringy and grey not white. Bed spread dingy and sheets stained. Only two pillows and the sheets and thin beadspread. No blanket. The front desk gave these two girls w a fog the wrong door and they knocked on my door. Then the cops came to the motel for someone. The water pressure was a trickle and the toilet didnt flush »

« Perfect stay away from the city. Location is 2 min walk from the BART station with trains to the city every 12 min. Weather in Walnut Creek is ALWAYS much warmer than in the city. Club Sport gym equipment, pool and sauna are the best in the entire bay area. Restaurant onsite always great. Gym has a kids day care where you can drop them while you exercise or want to enjoy the whirlpool. « Hello! We stayed for two nights. We were in town for a wedding and I was in the wedding party. I guess I didn’t realize this prior to reviewing the hotel and booking, however this was the main location that the bride wanted us to stay in. Here are my cons: 1. The room has no proper closet. I had a long dress and my husband had his suit that needed to be hung. The “closet” starts half way in the middle and is underneath a shelf. So if we hung our items. They would be dragging on the floor. 2....

« Très agréablement surpris, la chambre est digne d’un bel hôtel ! Très propre, une literie de qualité! Seul inconvénient le bruit de la rue, normal un motel est souvent situé le long des routes principales. Rapport qualité prix excellent ! »
