It was tranquil and such a beautiful place. The staff were extremely helpful & it was perfect for what we needed! We couldn’t recommend the villa complex enough. „Wir haben in dieser schicken Villa mit grandiosem Ausblick als Familie mit 10 Personen Urlaub gemacht. Wir wurden vom Vermieter überaus freundlich mit Willkommensessen und Wein empfangen. Auch alles andere war sehr gut vorhanden: Küchenausstattung, Poolhandtücher, Waschmaschine… Da es zu Ostern noch etwas kühl war, wurde für uns sofort gegen Abend die Heizung angestellt, der Whirlpool schön warm temperiert… So nett wurden wir noch nie empfangen.“

„We enjoyed our time at Villa Padima. It was a little hard to find at first but Angelo, the property manager, was there when we arrived. There was a bit of a language barrier as we do not speak Italian well but he left and came back shortly with his niece who helped translate. They gave us a tour around the property and showed us how to work the pools, laundry, etc. Everything was clean and in working order. The views to the sea are incredible. „We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ludovica and got to know Ilaria and Francesco as very good hosts. Our requests and inquiries (tips/recommendations for the area) were answered and processed very quickly. The house is located in a quiet area and is ideal for a family/friends vacation, especially with children. „Das Haus ist wirklich toll und die Vermieter sehr nett. Auch wenn Kleinigkeiten in der Küche gefehlt haben (die vielleicht auch die meisten nicht brauchen wir z.B eine Käsereibe) war eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter haben auch direkt immer alles vorbeigebracht wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Das Haus ist super Videoüberwacht und gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr sicher.“

„Corrado hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen; uns alles im Haus erklärt. Über das Willkommenspaket haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Neben den Handtücher für den Bad Bereich gab es auch separate Pool Handtücher, was wir sehr begrüßt haben. Die Küche verfügt über alles was man benötigt - und vielen Dank für die ausreichende Anzahl an Spülmaschinentabs (was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist). Die elektronischen Rollläden habe ich geliebt, da es im Schlafzimmer bzw im Haus komplett dunkel war ...

„We enjoyed our vacation very much. The pool is nice and beaches are close! It’s perfect to spend time with family and friends. The place is very kids friendly. If you have children, who are active and loving to swim, this is the perfect house for you. Each suite fits perfectly for a family with about two children. The space is a little tight if there are more people. You would have neighbors, we love our neighbors, what a lucky set up! “
