« Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

« The property had a really great location for what we were looking for. It was very reasonably priced. The staff was really great. The manager Zach takes care of you. »

« Very clean and well maintained. The TV was about 32 inches which isnt a big deal but its nice to watch TV in your room at night. The "beach towels" are tiny so take your own. Continental breakfast is "chilled food" so toast cereal yogurt. Kids in the adult pool most of the time. But overall for the price it was worth it. »

« Great family vacation! Cabin was right on site at Cedar Point. Perfect for teens to be set free all day on their own and enjoy the park. »

« Great A/C unit. TV didn’t work, clock didn’t work, toilet flushed only half of the time, had to ask for a coffee maker twice and still didn’t get it. No phone in room to call front desk. Exterior doors not secured. Evidence of more than five interior room locks having been broken or damaged. Left with only a chain lock. With all that, the staff was super super kind and friendly. »

« We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful. »

« Had a great stay. The parking is a bit tight but, can be done. Owners were very accommodating to anything we needed. Would stay again, Great location for Cedar Point. »

« The location was great!! My only complaint is that they only provide a very thin blanket so we froze all night even after turning the a/c up. The next night, we did go to the front desk for additional blankets. The sign in the elevator advertises coffee and fresh donuts in the lobby store...the fresh donuts are hostess so that was a little disappointing. Overall, the stay was convenient and the hotel itself is nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. »

« Checking in wasn't too bad once we figured out where to go. The shower stopped up the first night so I called the front desk and was told 'I will let maintenance know" We never saw them or heard from them. So the next morning, I let housekeeping know about it being stopped up again and was told again....I will let maintenance know. Still nothing from anyone.
