Peacock Hill / Gig Harbor peninsula — quiet residential neighborhood of duplexes and single-family homes with short drives to Uptown Gig Harbor shopping, restaurants and the historic waterfront (Skansie Brothers Park, Jerisich Dock, small marinas). Local parks and community amenities are within a few blocks to 10 minutes by car; the vibe is small-town, family-friendly, and oriented to outdoor/boating activities.

Car is the most convenient way to get around (short drives to downtown, grocery, parks). Expect local traffic congestion during morning/evening commute windows over the Tacoma Narrows and toward Tacoma/Seattle. Pierce Transit provides fixed-route bus service on the Gig Harbor peninsula (routes serving Uptown and connections toward Tacoma/Tacoma Dome Transit Center). On-demand/runner services and paratransit cover some local trips. Taxi / rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) operate but can be slower or surge-priced in off-peak hours. Cycling and walking are good for short local trips; some routes are hilly.

• Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

• The primary guest who makes the reservation is required to complete and electronically sign a rental agreement on behalf of all guests, confirming acknowledgment of the property's rules and policies prior to arrival.

• The booking guest must also complete a secure identity verification process through our Guest Portal (link to be provided in booking confirmation).

• A refundable security deposit authorization of $250 may be required before check-in. This authorization will be released within 7 days after departure, provided no damages occur and all house rules have been followed.

Please note that failure to complete any of the required pre-arrival steps may result in cancellation of the reservation at the host's discretion.
