Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und auch das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Vor allem die zusätzliche tägliche Smothiebowl hat uns gefallen. Leider fanden wir das Personal nicht besonders herzlich und etwas aufgesetzt. Zudem waren die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche nicht besonders sauber. Ebenfalls wird am Nachmittag Tee und Snacks im öffentlichen Bereich angeboten. Obwohl kein Gast sich hier bediente wurde uns ein Tee verwehrt, da dies nur für die Pool Villen verfügbar ist. Da es sich bei Beuteltee um minimale Kosten für das Hotel handelt, fanden wir dies nicht kundenorientiert. Die Preise für dieses Hotel sind einfach vollkommen überteuert, für das was man bekommt. Bei spontaner Buchung kann eine Nacht hier schonmal 170€ kosten und das ist es nicht wert.

Beautiful property THE BEST STAFF!!
If we could give it 10 stars we would! Excellent staff goes way out of your way to make you feel welcome. Such a beautiful property and so helpful in every way. Eco friendly which we loved!! Loved the fire dance, open mic, meals, outdoor shower, pool, sunset everything!! They helped us get a horse before the ferry and a private turtle trip.THANK YOU!! 10/10

Can’t say enough about this property, would give 100 stars if we could. The sunset is beautiful, staff was extremely friendly, far enough away from the party spots that it’s quiet but close enough to bike to and from. We were here as a part of our honeymoon, HIGHLY recommend

숙소 깨끗하고 모두 친절했어요. 프론트이 연결할일 있으면 whatspp 으로 바로바로 연결되고 해결해주어서 매우 편했어요. 항구에서는 마차타고 들어가야할 거리인듯하고 조식도 깔끔하니 괜찮았습니다. 다만 화장실은 실외로 뚫려있고 바닥에 데코레이션으로 모래가 약간있는데 가끔 밟게되서 좀 불편하긴했어요. 그외 뷰도 좋고 다 만족스러웠습니다

All in all, amazing staff and beautiful resort. Internet was sometimes not the best, particularly in the back of the resort, where our room was. Other than that, really great experience.

We arrived and they did not have the rooms we reserved, so they said we stay one night in a lower room and they would upgrade us for night two and three, so we said ok, perfect, problem was, they kicked us out of our room at 11am and then we didn’t get into the “upgraded room” until 6pm…no room for 7 hours was terrible, my husband ended up with heat exhaustion. Then we accidentally and I mean barley touched the lamp (be extremely careful as it’s super fragile glass) and the base cracked! They said oh yes that happed two days ago to another guest and showed us photos, and wanted me to pay 3.2 million! The staff were great, but I would stay away

Terrible place to stay
It was really horrible to stay at this property. The place seems pretty new but its very poorly maintained. The shower and sink water is super dirty and yellow. We brought some shower filters cause heard some places’ water is dirty and as soon as we used it the filter became super yellow and washed my shoes and now they are yellow. I think any people who have sensitive skins or kids should consider of this critical issues. Also there is no hot shower. We shivered while taking a shower. Cleaning service is horrible. They dont clean until u say it to the staff directly and even tho they do they dont really clean. I could still see the same trash under our bathroom sink until we left the place, we asked them to change bed sheets two day in a row and they never changed them. Also they left our bathroom door open which is outside bathroom and connected to our bed room all day which is a joke.. they dont even check after they clean the room…?? But its hard not to see it opened cause when u close the room’s door u can see the bathroom’s door strait. Food is terrible as well. Staff dont smile or say Hello. I would never go back to this place. Oh plus it’s far from everything.

Was overall a nice stay however we had no Wi-Fi in our room, no hot water, there were no bikes to rent, the food there was ridiculously over priced. There was marks on the bedding’s and robes and the flip flops were clearly worn in, We asked for a discount due to not being any Wi-Fi and any hot water and they told us it was already a good price and wouldn’t give us anything further- not even anything to compensate.

Inchecken duurt eeuwigheid personeel aan balie doet zijn best maar weinig ervaring. Ruim 4 uur moeten wachten totdat kamer schoon was en wij sleutel kregen personeels tekort? Huisjes en gele resort echt prachtig aangelegd, maar met name zwembad kwam niet schoon en fris over Jammer verder dat zij adverteren met gratis fietsen maar deze zijn bijna altijd vergeven, zijn er veel te weinig van en in als je er een te pakken krijgt in slechte staat

Enjoyable Stay at Kardia
I thought the Kardia was beautiful and nearby some sweet spots for sunset. The staff was very attentive and eager to assist with anything asked, so appreciated that aspect of the stay. However, was told that because my computer is apple that the Wifi wouldnt work on it which sounded absurd. Overall, would still stay here again if ever in Gili T, and recommend Kardia to others as well.

Staying at Kardia Resort was wonderful. The resort is planned to give the guests all the comforts with attention to details. They put little flowers in the room when you first arrive, they have automatic curtains, they offer you a beach bag, flip-flops, robes, etc. The open bathroom with the floor covered in coral was so special! Not to mention the kindness of the staff. And the cherry on top was the free bicycles to go around the island. Super recommended!

This place is perfect in every way. The room was really well appointed, with a comfy bed, gorgeous semi outdoor bathroom with a rain shower (with good water pressure!), and a view straight out to the ocean. The place was really clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. Drinks and food at the main restaurant area were really good, even though it was a little pricey in comparison to some of the other neighbouring bars, the view, the quality of the food/drinks and the service is second to none. We would highly recommend staying here and know we’ll be back again soon - we’re still reminiscing about this place! 11/10!

A hidden gem!
I recently stayed at your hotel and overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we timed out a tasting from the chef for their Christmas meal! Was delicious. It is in the perfect location to watch the sunset and drink some bintangs with a beautiful pool. The rooms are very cute and the use of the bikes at ease is a great touch.
