Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügiger als die Bilder erwarten lassen, alles sehr sauber, in gutem Zustand und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zusammengestellt. Sehr gemütlich ist auch der Gas-Kamin. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um leckere Speisen herzustellen. Sehr gut ist auch die Bereitstellung des Passes für die California State Parks. „The house location is perfect, it is close to downtown and the boardwalk. It will be even better when the closed for reconstruction road will be open and a neighbor's house renovating will be finished. Unfortunately, the Mexican construction workers turned their radio very loudly during the day time and did not respect the neiborhood quitness and dignity. Also, the house is more for pet owners. Probably, the outdated living room furniture stays there for that reason. “
