The space
Made for Dogs! Guests have access to a secure outdoor dog kennel and a full size barn conversion dog house. Pet owners will appreciate our outdoor hose with adjustable pressure settings and a fillable pool—ideal for rinsing off sandy paws or giving your dog a comfortable bath. We provide pet bowls, squeak toys and even a few treats to help your four legged traveler feel welcome. There is a walking track across the street that is perfect for walks anytime of the day or night. Also located a 5 minute drive away is an off-leash fenced-in dog park with plenty of room to run and play.

Explore The Hub & Cape Breton

Located in Glace Bay’s Coastal Hub area, the house gives you a convenient home base for exploring Cape Breton while giving you the space and privacy of an entire home. The Hub is one of the Glace Bay's oldest and most historic neighborhoods, it gets its name from the Hub Mine. During the coal boom, the Dominion Coal Company developed the area in the early 1900s with rows of Company Houses. This is one of those houses that has been completely modernized for the needs of today’s families.
