« The room was huge. Very comfortable bed great shower. Had a street view and right by bars and restaurants. We were disappointed the bar and restaurant in the building is no longer open. »

« Horrible tv’s! Couldn’t find channels. So difficult to navigate. It would help to have some directions and a channel guide in the room. Also, a perk would be to have a water cooler in the lobby. »

« I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given. »

« The room, towels bed linens as well As the kitchen stuff were clean. The breakfast could be improved. Oatmeal and bananas ran out 1 hour before closing. On a regular day, breakfast ends at 9:00 am. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was a total disappointment. For $17, the pack included two strips of bacon, over easy egg cooked on a messy grill, 5 sliced cherry tomatoes and a slice of bread. »

« The breakfast menu was inclusive of all items, Oatmeal, fruit (oranges), waffles, cereal , eggs, biscuits, toast, juice, coffee and milk. This was so surprising and being replenished at 7:30am when I was there. »

« It wasn't a bad room and staff was friendly. It was small but had most of the elements you expect except no closet and what felt like a children's toilet. Only major issue I had was the overwhelming Marijuana smell in the hallway everytime I went in and out of my room. »

« The room was overall very clean except there was soap scum all over the bathroom fixtures and also toothpaste droplets on the mirror. I thought this was quite poor taste thinking as I'm looking in the mirror I'm wondering who's mouth these toothpaste droplets came out of. Also the hallways were not vacuumed at all. There was a lot of stuff all over the carpeting in the hallways. »

« Our room was nice (2 queen beds). Only thing was that there were what appeared to be a small blood stain on my friends sheets. Also, we paid the extra $$ for breakfast that was NONEXISTENT. Suppose to be cereal, pancake and waffle maker, fruits, yogurt and pastries, coffee & juices. Nothing was available! All that was there were these little tiny donut balls and some coffee. Very very disappointing! Tried to get a refund on that but the person working the front desk had no idea how to do that...
