„The floor was not swept or mopped. The bed sheets had terrible stains. Sand on the comforter. New sheets were acquired but had to change it all ourselves. Mopped the floor by hand and cleaned the bathroom as well. Refrigerator is very loud. The view is beautiful.“

„Pet friendly room, although there’s nothing in the ad about not being able to leave your pet unattended, which is why I booked. Then in the room, there’s a sign that says not to, so that was frustrating. The bed was super uncomfortable as well, but it was worth it for the price. The views of the beach and sunset from the balcony were beautiful! The host was very responsive as well.“

„The room was lovely with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were very close to the beach, but there were a lot of stairs involved and moving down a somewhat steep hill. If you have any mobility issues, this location may not be the best option. In the room, it was clean, bright, and comfortable. We only had a few complaints. The TV remote control would turn the TV on, but the other buttons wouldn't consistently work to do anything else. Also the gas fireplace had a bit of an odor when running, so ...

„Enjoyed the ocean view & sounds. Walking down to the beach & walking on the beach was good exercise ,alot of steps. Stores & dining close to drive to. Exploring Lincoln city was interesting and fun. Did not take into account an inconciterit neighbor leaving their large dog unattended, started barking at 5 am continued until 10am“

„You should be transparent on your website. You listed this property as a hotel but it is not. You show balcony with the view of the ocean But the view in my room was blocked by trees. The bed was very uncomfortable like sleeping on a cardboard and was squeaky and woke us up all night long. There is no one on the property to help and you need to call 800 number to get someone in Texas to help you. Also upstairs noise was unbearable. This is the worse place I stayed.
