„The property was clean & quiet. Nice & cool inside despite the 90 temperature outside. There was a farm stand at the church down the road but it appeared they weren’t open Saturday morning. I hadn’t bought any food the night before and arrived late so thankfully Becki had farm eggs in the kitchen so I was able to poach 2 for dinner! Cold lemonade was waiting in the refrigerator along with ice cubes in the freezer. I had a horse trailer and wasn’t sure where I could turn around and called Becki. ...

„My family just enjoyed a weeklong stay, and although this is a wonderful rental, the listing is very misleading. 1. Air-conditioning is listed as an amenity, which this house does NOT have. And not all of the windows have screens. After we booked thru VRBO, we got a confirmation directly from Vacasa which warned that there was only a small window unit, but that wasn't installed prior to our stay either. „This is a cute little downstairs apartment with a forest vibe. Get past that you are downstairs and can have some noise upstairs tenants at times and this is a wonderful place to stay. Manager is responsive and apartment was clean for it being in the woods. Only thing i wish i knew was that it was a downstairs apartment, but the swing outside is great for watching rain storms, fireworks, or just to have early morning coffee while your other gueats are still sleeping.
