City shut off water with no notice the first day; not the hosts fault, but an inconvenience. Apartment either below or next door must have a smoker, smell was pervasive in the evenings. »

« Pros: The room was great and very clean, with a nice large bathroom and large bed with closet and microwave/coffeemaker. Cons: The host never responded to my messages. Also, I don't know if it was the host or another guest, but the part of the home that was unavailable due to host restrictions had SO MUCH NOISE. The night of 5/8/26 at 4am woke me and my friend up and kept us up for an hour. Overall it was a decent stay, but I don't see myself returning to Cozy Studio Min. »

« I loved this little spot! It was exactly what I needed. Clean, quiet, private. The bathtub is absolutely GLORIOUS, and correspondence with Cindie was a delight! I needed a later than usual checkout and she was so gracious and flexible. I would recommend and will stay again! »

« Danielle was incredibly kind. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Bed was perfect. The kitchenette was perfect. I especially loved the rain shower head. As I visit Granbury quite a bit, I will seek out this property in the future and hope it hasn’t been booked already. »

My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. Given it's a small space, would've been nice to have a mini ironing board and iron.Would easily stay here again and...
