We, as owners were distressed that Cathy's daughter toenail was bruised by this unfortunate incident. We called several times and Cathy didn't respond. She only communicated by text message on this matter. We were deeply apologetic. The property manager resolved the roller door issue immediately over the phone with the guests. The roller red cord had been pulled and had disengaged the roller doors to manual instead of automatic. The cleaners have now been instructed to check the outdoor bins. The small gate has been fixed. A first aid kit is always at the property for any unfortunate incidents. Thank you for your feedback Cathy, as this is the only way we can improve our property.
