„A good centrally-located hotel in Gurnee with a friendly staff, and the hotel is close to all the local attractions. Our group of four had two double rooms, and all rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Only negative aspects are that the curtains do not fully close so the room will not be dark; the windows are not soundproof; and you produce a lot of waste with the way they serve breakfast.“

„sehr freundliches Personal“

„Great stay. Staff was always friendly and helpful“

Preis/Leistung in Ordnung.“

„There was a noise all night long that kept me from sleeping, and that noise was right there in the hotel.“

„We liked it there. If they hadn't cutlery out of plastic and plates, cups and bowles out of paper it would have been perfect.“

„Great staff!“

„Very nice free breakfast. Very attentive staff. Room had all expected amenities. Avoid Sonesta Simply suites nearby and book here instead.“

„The location and overall stay was good with some helpful pleasant employees. However, it just takes one bad apple to spoil the overall experience and this apple's name was Jamie at the front desk. I traveled all the way from California to attend my Grandson's Navy Bootcamp Graduation. Through all the traveling and excitement, I left my cell phone in one of the driver's car at the Navy Base. My cell phone has all my travel information and important contacts in it. I went to the front desk ...

„Richtig gut gelegenes Hotel.
