Hotels nahe Golden Stream and Love Waterfall (Sa Pa)

„Room assigned turn out not matching as on the reservation. Rooms are too small, there are not enough space freely to move around.“

„The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom very nice. From the seating area you had a beautiful view of the mountains. Bad experience was the breakfast. As less guests were there, they didn't offer buffet. You could order a la carte. So far so good. When serving the breakfast everything was messed up with other orders. Btw only for 3 tables. Breakfast took nearly 1 hr and we had to claim a couple of times till we halfway got what we ordered. You don't ...

„Overall alright stay, but too expensive for what it offers compared to other hotels in vietnam. It is very far from the city center and their shuttle service is a joke... “

„Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend.“

„The front desk ms chau was attentive and helpful always inquiring if we needed anything for the room or from the health center to tours and directions. She also made sure we had breakfast each morning the rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the town and was relaxing to sit enjoying tea“

„Everything was fine until the day before check-out. They didn't clean the room, there were no towels, no water to drink and no tissues, even though I called the reception desk the night before. Breakfast every day same, so bored“

„A small, family-run hotel, very clean. Everyone at the hotel was very service-oriented. You can have your laundry done at the hotel, which was a great help.“

„Location to town centre and on site massage were great, staff were wonderful.“

„I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again.“
