Hôtel près de Temple d'or, Amritsar, Amritsar

« Its just okay. Clean small room . Difficult to access the property. »

« Nice and very clean room. Hotel Manager Tiwari was extremely helpful all throughout our stay. He arranged for our pickup from Amritsar airport, which went very smoothly. We felt welcomed and had a very comfortable stay. »

« everything was great here..specially the staff was very helpful..food was okay could have been better »

« Neat and clean property »

« Excellent Hotel, I would suggest that the order menu for the room service, since no restaurant on site after breakfast, would have more classic Indian food rather that snack food or Junk food. »

« Good »

« Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself. « Un hotel vraiment à recommander, près de tout , »

« Very close to Golden Temple (50 yards). Shower head sprayed water all over. Main downside was unfriendly staff and limited English. Dog poop outside the steps of the hotel and some still there by evening. Great if you don’t need much interaction with staff. Don’t expect a lot if you do. »

« Will never stay at this property again. Roof was leaking after rain as were windows. The wash basin was leaking and shower did not mix hot and cold water properly. Beds were dirty with sheets and blankets that were way past their life. Head board were dirty so were the floors. Could hear dogs barking all night. On top of that it was the most expensive place to stay in the area. Had booked for two nights. Checked in late at 11:45pm and we could barely spend a night there. We checked out first...

« Everything was fine at the hotel. They need to thoroughly clean their bathrooms. It seemed that the bathroom taps and the shower door glass wasn't cleaned properly »

« The property was not worth the price. Rooms were tiny, there was seepage on walls, bathroom lock wasn't working and everything was worn out. Only good thing about the stay was the friendly and cooperative staff. They were really making an effort to give a seamless experience. »
