Sur notre lit il y avait un amat de caramel comme si les clients précédents avaient amener leur déjeuner à la chambre et que le lit n’avait pas été lavé. Des chiens qui jappent toute la nuit et le matin impossible encore de dormir. Le personnel m’avait dit de passer au lobby chercher un coupon de 20% de rabais et quand je suis arrivé ce n’était pas la même personne et elle m’a dit que son collègue avait dit n’importe...

« Overall I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here a few times. This was my first poor experience with room availability. I reserved 2 queen beds, when I got to the property I was told my room “had a maintenance issue” and only King beds were available, with the understanding I could move to a 2 queen bed the following night. « Odeur de cannabis à notre arrivée dans l’hôtel et plus intense rendu dans notre chambre avec en prime une odeur de sent bon qu’ils ont mi pour cacher l’odeur (fenêtre scellée 😫) Et l’odeur c’est perpétuer même durant la nuit! Une autre chambre aurait rien changé… Toilettes (dessous de la bol) je vous épargne les détails 💩 Douche glissante de savon accumulée Frigidaire sale…ect.. « Staff were amazing!!! Both the gentleman working first shift and the lovely lady working second were awesome. There were things outside of their control, like literally no mattress on a room that advertises a sofa bed (She went above and beyond to get us something for my son to sleep comfortably in) it was very disappointing that we paid for this room and did not have that bed available. »

« Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling. »
