„Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. “

„The property is walkable to multiple dining options as well as nightlife. The property owners are easily accessible for any needs. We will definitely stay again.
Just a little fyi, while my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Vinoy House, all rooms are up a steep staircase that has about 8 stairs ( it is a beautiful historic house) no elevator available if needed for handicap accessibility.
Everything you could possibly need is walking distance. “
