„Die Ankunft war sehr schlecht - am Empfang kein "Herzlich willkommen", Infos zur Anlage und zu den Abläufen, sondern nur gelangweiltes "Hallo. Ihren Pass bitte. Hier der Schlüssel." Wenn der junge Mann keine Lust auf Service und Gäste hat, soll er halt nicht an der Rezeption arbeiten. Das ursprüngliche Zimmer war leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
