Hôtel près de Club de golf Bandar Utama, Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

« The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) ...

« My first time staying at this place and it did not disappoint. Has all the basic amenities and more. Will stay there again for short trips »

« Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

« The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved. »

« Room is clean, hotel with great improvement, the only dislike thing is have to wait for 1 min for hot water, but other than that, room is cozy. Overall 9/10. »

« A good stay for a few nights if you’re looking for inexpensive without the frills. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants. »

« Dear De Uptown Hotel Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at De Uptown Hotel 1Utama, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience. Choosing your hotel for my individual travel was an outstanding decision. The Songkran Malaysia event hosted at your hotel was absolutely incredible and truly memorable. I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such a unique and vibrant celebration exclusively at De Uptown Hotel. The staff there very friendly. Thank you...

« The hotel is located in a very strategic area, with a wide variety of food stalls and recreational facilities nearby, including badminton courts and pickleball courts. This is one of the main advantages of staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of options for food and activities within the surrounding area. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. First, the parking arrangements could be improved. Unlike some other hotels, the parking is not complimentary or reserved for...

« Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain qui en plus n’avait pas de lumière … zéro insonorisation car la fenêtre ne fermait pas totalement. Personnel allongé sur les fauteuils de l’entrée ce qui ne donne pas du tout une attitude professionnelle. Passable pour une nuit mais je ne recommande pas du tout. »

« Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...
