« The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) ...

« The receptionist was also very polite. A toothbrush and two bottles of water were provided. There was also a water server and a simple convenience store in front of the front desk. There was a universal plug on the headboard. There were some minor issues, such as a lack of electrical outlets, but considering the price, it was perfect, or even better. « My son and I overall enjoyed our stay here. Room and facilities though has signs of exterior & interior run down but for us as long as bed is comfortable, aircond works fine cold and bathroom clean with good shower & toilet that is good. Plus breakfast buffet was great too with variety of local and western dishes. Swimming pool was not very clean as how it used to be back then and it's shower / change room does not provide shower gel & shampoo like before which is a bit of nuiscance since I was...

« This is a basic, no frills hotel which it does really well. Set in an authentic row of shops with traditional food nearby. Perfect to lay your head down after a busy day in the city. If you want swimming pools and gyms, this isn’t for you. If you want affordable and simple safe place to sleep with good air on, go for it. »
