« We met the owner personally. He was very friendly. He answered all our messages almost immediately. The pool was refreshing and being able to pull up by boat was a plus. We were very comfortable. It was a quick bike ride to the beer fest we were attending. We also enjoyed meeting their pet cats! »

« Beach front, great views allowed for sunrises viewing and watching dolphins play in the gulf. The house is beautifully decorated and mattresses are very comfortable. We rented bikes to travel around the island--several restaurants and bars within walking/biking distance and also a cart to haul our beach gear down to the sand. Good selection of games available for evening or rainy day fun. House is one of a row called "skinny minis" and with four floors there are a lot of stairs to deal with....

« It was a great stay for us & our 2 dogs. The place was very clean & had really cute beach & Buffet decor. Comfortable bed & pet friendly. We loved the pool area & having a golf cart. The fenced in areas were super convenient for the dogs to explore. Close to beach access & a short drive to the restaurants/bars. The host was nice & responsive. A new owner is making property improvements & we can’t wait for our next trip back! »

« Very clean with plenty of room!! Hot tub did not work as advertised, contacted owner, no response but I’ll check on it. Did not fix issue during the stay! Overall good house, clean and in a good location. »

« The property was everything as described. Beach access was right across the road which made things very easy when taking chairs, etc. with us. A jump into the pool after a long day at the beach was so relaxing. The pool was never crowded because there's only six rentals on the property. The instructions given beforehand were very clear so we had no misunderstandings. The only thing I would improve on is the number of bath towels and wash cloths. We were a family of four and there were only two...

« There was a little miscommunication on the property the day before arriving. We worked it all out. However the bathrooms weren’t very clean and bath linens were sparse.The house well equipped with pots pans and seasonings. Beds were comfortable! Everyone enjoyed their stay and the use of the dock. »

« 1. The website was deceiving. We thought we were renting a house not a room. 2. The stove was dirty, food around the eyes. 3. There were nats flying everywhere. 4. Dirty wash cloth on back of bathroom door. 5. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean before I could stay. 6. I found trash and garbage under the couch. ( I dropped something and had to move the couch to retrieve it) I could not get in touch with host to let them know. That is the bad thing about going through a property manager....
