„My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food.  ...

„Die erste Nacht nach unserer Ankunft in Sri Lanka haben wir in der Villa Shade verbracht. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit offener Gartendusche. Es ist alles sehr sauber und der Eigentümer sehr bemüht. Die City von Negombo ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem TukTuk von der Villa Shade entfernt. Tuk Tuk und Taxi wurden organisiert, wenn erforderlich. Alles in allem eine gute Adresse für die ersten Tage in Sri Lanka.“

Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . “

„Wunderschönes Haus abseits vom Tourismus-Trubel. Trotzdem sind alle Lebensnotwendigen Dinge problemlos zu Fuß oder gegeben falls in wenigen Minuten mit den supergünstigen Tucktuck´s zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht einem wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den Perfekten Urlaub. “
