« Alpine Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and speak good English. The breakfast is an excellent buffet, augmented by Prosecco and smoked salmon on the Sunday morning we were there. The indoor pool is 17x8 mĂštres and very few people used it during our stay; a great way to exercise. They block off 2 hours in the afternoon for children the other sessions are mostly adults only The hotelâs situation in the very center of Wengen is really good for going shopping. If it is hot, ask reception...

« The views of the Eiger are absolutely fantastic. Modern well provisioned rooms. We didnât eat breakfast or use the TV lounge but both available along with communal kitchen for pm meals you can cater for yourself. Really enjoyed our stay albeit wished Iâd clearly understood the bathroom was across the corridor (for our use only) and what comes with a standard room. Would have upgraded if Iâd recognised this at booking. In the end no issue. »
