Traumhafte Lage
Tolle Umgebung direkt am Meer in herzigem, historischen Gebäude. Wenig Leute, sehr ruhig. Wir kommen hoffentlich mal wieder!

Lage Top, Ausstattung Flop
Das Objekt ist malerisch gelegen, die Bucht zauberhaft. Wenngleich vor dem Objekt die Treppe zum Strand hinunter führt und hier immer Verkehr ist. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses kann man nur als mangelhaft bezeichnen. Keine Gewürze, Geschirrspühlmittel(keine Spühler) Geschirrtuch, Weingläser und einiges mehr. Als die einzige Rolle Toilettenpapier aufgebaut war, sagte man uns: Der Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt… Am Abreisetag stand das Reinigungspersonal um 9:45 Uhr vor der Tür, wild entschlossen, uns ziemlich unfreundlich zu vertreiben. In den Bedingungen stand Wien Checkoutzeit von 11.00 Uhr. Wenngleich wir schöne Stunden dort verlebten, kann ich das Haus nicht empfehlen. Es gibt zahlreiche Alternativen.

Hi Daniel, I am really sorry you didn't appreciated Casa Martina. We always do our best to meet our guests' expectations. All our equipment are clearly listed in the VRBO announcement and we are always happy to provide what's missing (like towels or wine glasses) while there are consumer products that you are supposed to buy (spices, toilet paper, detergents). Regarding the check out, I am sorry if our cleaning staff arrived earlier. They usually agree with the customer a very precise check out meeting, in your case they could have misunderstood.

Leben am Strand
Die Lage oberhalb eines fantastischen Strandes ist nicht zu toppen, täglicher Sonnenuntergang im Meer inklusive. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin per SMS / Whatsapp war problemlos und herzlich.

Attention aux personnes a mobilité réduite.
Étant nous même personnes a mobilité réduite, nous avons subit plus que profité de notre séjour dans cet endroit qui en réalité été très beau. La publicité nous a caché que l'accès à la propriété été très difficile (une pente très raide et un nombre élevé d'escaliers ) ce qui nous a gâché nos vacances. Publicité mensongère.

Great trip
House is nice. In the morning a quick swim and a shower. The one air conditioning is actually enough. I would like to warn some drivers. If you drive down that road, there is no way you can turn around unless someone holds the chain up. Just make sure you have someone. The care taker and myself did it. Also, bring baking soda with you so you can wash fruits. The beach is great. You can go for many meters into the water and it is not deep, making it perfect for kids and if you want to play water freezby. Was really great. It really is worth it, to be so close to a beach, and a really nice one at that! I strongly recommend it.

Quirky appartment right on the beach. Small but perfectly formed
We enjoyed our stay here as it was not too busy and right on the beach which wasn't busy in the week and had shallow, clean waters, The facilities were adequate and it made good use of the space. The only downsides were lots of sand flies so that we had to have the windows closed at night and so it was very hot and stuffy whilst sleeping. The mosquito screens on the door seemed to be broken and there weren't any on the back window, which would have made it cooler at night. Enzo, the local contact/helper was fab and was very helpful and sociable even though neither of us spoke each others language.

Massimo relax a due passi dal mare
Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa Martina è molto pulita e arredata con gusto, molto funzionale e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevolissima vacanza. Letti molto comodi, condizionatore perfettamente funzionante che abbiamo apprezzato nei giorni di caldo estremo. Il contesto dell'antica tonnara è davvero unico e permette di immergersi in questo angolo selvaggio della Sardegna sud-occidentale. Ringraziamo la proprietaria Linda per la facilità/rapiditá delle comunicazioni via email.
