„Location was fantastic. Communication was great. Only negatives were both beds were soft and older. There were no box springs and the slightest movement was loud and shifted the entire mattress. They do warn you that the A/C units turn on sporadically to regulate the humidity. Be warned that they are not quiet when they turn on and they will come on multiple times in the middle of the night. We never woke up to the sounds from King street, but we did wake up suddenly to the loud sounds coming ...

We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area. It’s conveniently located between historic Charleston and Folly Beach.“

„The property had easy access to everything within 10-20 minutes depending where you wanted to go. A lot of great restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch and they had someone drop them off immediately for us. Full kitchen and all towels. Only downfall was We did have to buy TP as only 2 rolls were there and you can hear everything outside. There isn’t a noise barrier to the sheet since it’s an older building so ...
