« Excellent stay at Abby Lodge! The location is perfect — an easy walk to the French Quarter and close to everything you’d want to see in Charleston. « There are 8 steps to get to the room so if you are handicap this would not work for you. We did have a couple of minor issues, one the bed makes noise with movement. The handle on the door going to the balcony broke due to the age. Host offered to come out on both but we chose to let them handle it after we leave. Also the sliding glass door was very hard to open. All in all, the place served its purpose. »

« The ground floor access, especially when there's no elevator, is a big plus. The unit smelled great the whole time. Even needed to stay an extra day. The host took care of it as far as Securing the payment since I couldn't find a way to extend on the app and it was very nice to get that little extra accommodation. Thank you so much, would definitely stay again. »
