Dear Michele, I appreciate your criticism. You are possibly right although its not something that I have had said about me before but I have been in Africa to give witness in a court case. I thought I would be away for one week but it has turned into many weeks. I believe I normally communicate well with guests and feel its important to welcome them. However, as I don't myself live in Provence, my housekeeper who interacts with guests told me that you were lovely so I guess you did meet her and interact with her. She is great and often guests tell me that . My apologies if you did not feel my presence. I normally Ove to let guests know if there are shows or events in a couple of very special place I love. Glad you loved the place and hope your stay was a happy one regardless. I take your comments on board. thank you.

Merci pour l'avis. Je ne comprends pas le problèmes avec les huisserie. La plupart des portes dans la maison sont moins de 4 ans parvenue bien que la maison est ancienne et tous fonctionne parfaitement j'ai fait beaucoup de nouveau dans l'intérieur mais gardant l'integrite de la maison. Le four étais acheté cette année, le vaisselle également.

Desole que la maison n'étais pas bien pour vous. Pendant 15 ans beaucoup des familles ont reste la très contente ( avec les petits enfants aussi sinon je remarquerais). Mais je vais prendre attention d' être plus précis avec le description et plan de la maison. A propos les étage, Il ya 2 étages pas trois. Je me regrette beaucoup le pelous. J'ai eu fait un extension de la maison cet hiver et refait tous le terrace en nouveau. Le chef des macons n'a pas me prévenu lque les machine pour cement irais détruire le pelouse. le jardiniere est en train de refaire le pelouse complètement et recréer le jardin depuis que on a eu enlever quelque des belle attraction du jardin pour construire l'extension. mais en peu des semaines ils sera très belle encore. Concernant le chemin a la maison, c'est la premiere fois quelqu'un se plainde de ca. Normalement les clients le trouve très charmant. C'est nécessaire pour moi a connaitre l'expérience de tous mes clients meme les plaintes. C'est le premier fois quelqu'un se plainde de manque de clôturée autour du piscine . Mais je vais chercher si c'est possible d'avoir un clôturée. Cependant le piscine est alarmée et le conseille est c'est le mieux pour protégée les enfants. Quand mes enfants étais petits il aiment beaucoup la maison et heureusement la plupart des clients aussi mais j'apprécie vos critiques et continuer le bon travaille pour mes clients. Enfin, Je n'est peut pas cache mon déçu parceque j'ai dépensé plus que €100,000 les derniers deux ans pour fair mieux la maison et créer un plus beaux experience pour mes clients mais vous n'avez pas en profiter. J'espère que vous avez trouver un parti de sa charme et son ambiance spéciale et le soin on a prit avec le deco etc. J'espère sincèrement que votre vacance étais heureuse.

Thank you for the review and glad you had a good time. Just want to add that it’s a charming 17 century house but the decor interior is not quaint at all but an eclectic modern style. There is a powerful portable air con in the top bedroom ( that isn’t misleading) and a very efficient fan in the first floor bedroom and I have received no complaints during this hot year so I think it’s doing it’s job. All downstairs is air conditioned.

I'm so glad you had a good time. Its always the point for me as a host for guests to be happy. It is a small house and there was an ensuite toilet to the top bedroom but my architect and I decided that an ensuite shower would be better and then we put in a new toilet just one flight down which is shared with the first bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom. It truly is the best I can do. Its hard to achieve perfection in every way.
