« We enjoyed our stay here very much. Beds are extra comfy and there was everything you could need. We wished it had lake access since we stayed during a brutal heat wave but no big deal. »

« We had a great stay at Lazy Days Lodge! Allison was an amazing host — very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to relax after long days on the water.
The location was perfect — easy access right off the highway and only about 5 minutes from the marina where we launched our boat, which made everything very convenient. The area was quiet, parking was easy, and the house was stocked...

« If you’re looking for peace and quiet you found it. I sat out on the porch and just looked at the pond. Turned off the cell relaxed and enjoyed the view. The host was very accommodating. The home look just like the pictures and when I arrived the air conditioning was going which was great when your from California and not used to the hot sticky summers in Southern Illinois. »

« Nice place. We cooked meals inside on the stove but also over a fire at the fire pit. There is a small creek behind the cabin that runs when it rains out. That was pretty cool. No nearby light pollution so the sky is really dark at night and you can see a lot of stars. Overall a great experience. Two wineries close by. It's on the wine trail. Close to everything in Southern Illinois. We went to all the state parks. »
