« The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. « The property was occupied by 2 pit bulls, a dilapidated vehicle and broken appliances in the front yard. There was a cage full of garbage on the front porch, the garage was open and the stream only contained trash. We did not enter the actual house, thankfully.Fortunately our vrbo rep was able to refund us immediately and help find alternate lodging. »

« 5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...
