„Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. Unable to check in at 5pm due to an event we arrived at 1030p, she had given the wrong code for the lockbox. Did respond back with correct code. Entry via ...

„This house is walking distance from Lower Beech Pond which is incredible swimming in silky water. The house was clean, the kitchen well outfitted, and the beds were comfortable. There is also a hiking trail nearby, Moody Mt. trail, with a rustic cabin at the top. This is very close to Wolfeboro for shopping and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to any questions too. We're glad we stayed here!!“

Some things have been overlooked, such as providing an adequate number of hangers in the closets and a drying rack for hand-washed dishes in the kitchen. Also, there wasn't a single sharp knife in the kitchen, In general, the kitchen was not adequately equipped.“
