„Finding the checkin was terrible, not the slightest information was given where to check in before reading several reviews online when standing right in front of the apartment complex. Then had to walk several kilometers before checking in and walking back to the apartment itself. We were told to give the deposit as mentioned when booking. Got a bill for this, signed by the worker at the check in. Until today (3 months later) not the slightest information was given to me, not even a payback ...
