Just two houses from the Kicking Horse ski run, Slope Side Chalet is the perfect place for you to enjoy your mountain adventure. You'll love the quick access to ski days, hot-tub nights, and hiking, mountain biking, golf, and fishing in the warm seasons. Our home sleeps 10 and offers vaulted living spaces for relaxing, plus ski storage and a private 8-person hot tub. This is for families and groups who want to spend more time outside and still have a spacious, welcoming home to come back to.

Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the garage and one vehicle in the driveway. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and patios are available for your full use.

The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. You will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day. Children 8 and under are free (all prices subject to change). For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.

Slope Side Chalet is a mountain home designed for families and groups who want a home base for ski days, bike days, trail days, and unhurried evenings around the stone fireplace.

Vaulted ceilings and large picture windows define the main living area, where the seating area, dining table, and kitchen island keep the group together between outings. After skiing, unload gear into the dedicated ski locker room rather than carrying boots and boards through the home; in warmer months, store mountain bikes in the garage and transition from trail time to a soak on the back deck.

The layout supports families traveling together, multigenerational ski trips, and friend groups who want separate places to recharge. Two queen bedrooms sit on the main floor, while the lower level adds a full bedroom, a twin-bunk room, and a separate living area with a full sleeper sofa.

Gather around the 55-inch Roku TV in the main living room, spread out in the lower-level family room, or use the main-floor desk/workstation area (in the main floor master bedroom) when a remote-work hour slips into the trip. The kitchen’s granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, generous island, and seating for 12 make it easy to manage pancake breakfasts before the lifts and shared dinners after a full day outside.
