My wife and bro and sis-in-law came to Buffalo for Cowboys/Bills game. Glen’s property was perfect for us. Great location and beautiful house with a lot of history and character. Beautiful views over the Niagara River. Great house, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay in Glenn’s home with my spouse, parents and our small kids. Beautiful home, views and location. Glenn had loads of information about the sights and points of interest in the area we utilized. The hot tub was a big hit as well. Would definitely recommend 👍

Great place. Room for the whole family which was my wife and I, our grown children, and grandchildren. Dock for fishing, nice pool. Large common room for eating and games. Pool table and foosball. All bedrooms were nice. Fire pit as well for s'moresGlenn was great with communication and was available for anything needed. Towels, linens, and cooking stuff were all provided. We had a bad weather day but there was enough space that being stuck inside most of it wasn't bad. Nice quiet location on Grand Island but anything you could want is within a short drive.

We brought our family to see Niagara Falls and it was so nice to be able to come back to this peaceful, relaxing home. Plenty of space for the 10 of us. Loved the grand room and the pool for us to hang out. Glenn was a great host with lots of recommendations and information.

Do not hesitate
This home was everything it was promised to be and even more beautiful than the pictures. We (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) all had a wonderful time. The property is so peaceful and well maintained. The backyard view cannot be beat. The pool was wonderful, perfect temperature and has a really nice shallow end if you have smaller children. Close to the falls and other attractions but removed enough to have peace and quiet. The beds are comfortable, it has a large great room with lots of dining seating. Everything you need for cooking is provided, including a grill. The owner, Glenn, is very nice, respectful, and he does not intrude on your stay. Do not hesitate to book this home if you’re looking for a place to experience Niagara Falls and the surrounding area.

Amazing!!
Glenn was very accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay at his beautiful home and likely will return. We accidently left a suitcase behind and he was kind enough to bring it to the airport for us. What a sweet man! Also, his food recommendations were spot on. We had dinner TWICE at Dick and Jenny's and we were not disappointed. Nice relaxing vacation with my family. Thanks Glenn!

An absolute GEM of a property!
Everything is exactly as you see it online and in the description. Just an absolutely wonderful location right on the niagara river. Glenn met us when we arrived and was super helpful with getting us acclimated to the general area. Although there are three small restaurants on Grand Island, “Dick and Jenny’s” is far and away the best (we ate there two nights in a row it was so good). There are also a couple of fast food locations two minutes from the house. Buffalo zoo is 20 minutes from the house, the Navy Yard is 40 minutes from the house, and the airport is only 30 minutes from the house. We had about 50 ducks swim from the river over to the house and hang out down around the dock all afternoon two days in a row, which was really cool as we relaxed on the back deck. The kids also swam in the pool, which was a warm 86°, and also played with the foosball table and pool table. I can’t recommend staying here enough, and we will definitely be back!

Communications with Glenn were seamless from booking the property to check in and check out. The property has literally everything that any family could need while they are there including a bottle of welcome wine. The pool was such a great asset especially for the heat and a 9 yr old grandson. Easy to get to Niagara Falls and Lewiston. His maps and tips were greatly appreciated. The veiw is amazing, the house was great. So much room for out family of 7. Nice to hv a bed for everyone. And 2 showers. And 2 toilets. Definitely recommend coming to atay on Grand Island if u are visiting the falls. Its only 18 mins from falls and Canada.

Stayed here the weekend of my baby shower with family and we had an amazing time together. Even though we got a rainy weekend, we were able to enjoy the views from the beautiful great room, the fun downstairs in the game room, and even the hot tub (which is under the deck!). Amazing place and view…
My wife and two daughters (7 & 4) wanted to get away and this place was perfect. The view was incredible and it had ample towels, supplies, and just about anything you could need. The owner Glen was incredibly nice and accommodating. The place was only a few minutes to Niagara and other destinations we wanted to visit. If you’re visiting Niagara from the US side, I highly recommend it.

A perfect vacation
Glenn's place could not have been a better match for us. The waterfront location is breathtaking, and the house is beautiful and spacious. The beds are comfortable, there is ample extra bedding, the kitchen is well equipped for even the most elaborate meals, and the extras--hot tub, pool table, etc--contribute to the richness of the experience. Glenn met us when we arrived, showed us around the house, and gave us recommendations for spots to see and restaurants to try. We never saw Glenn again during our visit, but when we sent questions he responded immediately. In shoet, there were many positive surprises and no disappointments. Next time we are in the area we'll book with Glenn again.

Awesome, Rustic River House
Entering Glenn's house was like walking into a comfortable, familiar lodge. The central space is huge, with plenty of room for big kitchen, dining room, and living room areas, all of which look out through a series of large windows and sliding glass doors onto a terrific view of the yard, Niagara River, and far bank. We made sure to get up early for the spectacular sunrises. We didn't stay long enough to take full advantage of the amenities, so plan to come back!

New York Trip with Adult Children
Glen does an excellent job of greeting you upon arrival and goes over everything about the house. He has many maps and brochures to help plan your vacation for things to do in the area. We loved the location as it was close to the airport, the falls and anything else you might need. We loved playing games that Glen provided and the view was so beautiful. We loved waving to the fisherman while enjoying the outdoor deck and we loved having the hot tub after a full day walking around the falls. Thank you again Glen for a most enjoyable stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the Buffalo or Niagara area.

Quiet waterfront oasis 15 minutes away from all the Niagara action
This property was nothing short of spectacular. It was quiet and peaceful with a great waterfront view of the Niagara River with a great pool and hot tub. The home was as described, had quality bedding for our 10 people and the air conditioning was genuinely appreciated too. Glenn is a consummate host and this location is perfect for any families visiting Niagara Falls. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Exactly what we needed!
We had such an amazing time during our stay. Beaver island was a short drive and great for the kids (playground and swimming). Glenn was very attentive to the property making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Great spot on the river!
Great location, beautiful spot on the river. Loved the hot tub and pool. Too bad you can’t swim in the river because it’s polluted. Owner is onsight to help with anything, very clean and comfortable. Great stay!

Hi, Great to have you visit. However, to clarify... it is a River... not a lake so it is not polluted, but I can't recommend swimming in it. Water is cold, has a current and even colder than my pool in August. Why swim in the river when I have a great pool... and hot tub. BUT.... as I tell all my guests, there is a very nice State Park just 3 minutes away with a huge sand beach in a protected area.... great for swimming but the water is still colder than my pool in August. - And it also has Hiking, biking, golf course, frisbee golf course, pavillions for picnics etc. See Beaver Island State Park, NY.

Riverside Retreat
What a relaxing retreat to stay at this cabin for our 3 kids' first time experiencing Niagara Falls. The beds were comfortable, the cabin had plenty of places to lounge and relax, the open concept stocked kitchen is great for cooking and eating together, and the amenities in the house were exceptional. Glenn, the homeowner, is very approachable and helpful. He gave us some great ideas of things to do and places to eat (You MUST eat Dick and Jenny's--yum, yum, yum!). He gave us a bottle of wine that we enjoyed fireside with firewood he provided. We rented a pontoon boat a mere 3 miles from the cabin and had the best memories of our trip on that boat. This cabin has gorgeous views and is quiet and feels like you are in your own little world. Glenn made our stay very easy with thinking ahead to preparing all our needs to be taken care of while we were there. He was quick to answer questions when or if we had them. This cabin checks ALL the boxes!
