Mein Platz ist gut für Paare, Solo-Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dies ist ein privates Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem eigenem Master-Bad (456 sq. Ft. Gesamtfläche) und einem Außeneingang (kein Eingang durch die Hauptwohnung). Wir sind 9 Minuten vom Osten Eingang zum Colorado National Monument, 1. 5 Stunden von Moab, Utah und Arches National Park, und 20 Minuten von Fruita, CO (einige der besten Mountainbike im Land). Sicherer Bereich für Fahrräder. Alles, und wir sind nach wie vor nur 5-10 Minuten von der Innenstadt, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Haus entfernt. Die Suite verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Liebessitz, einen Tisch und 4 Stühle sowie einen Schaukelstuhl. Eismaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Mini-Kühlschrank. Master-Bad verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbecken Eitelkeit mit begehbarem in doppelköpfigen Dusche. Es ist ein Deck aus der Suite mit Tisch, 4 Stühlen und Sonnenschirm.

The room was clean, large, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The shower was a great walk-in design with plenty of light. The grounds were really fabulous! Unbelievable scenery & surroundings! It was a most beautiful, peaceful & serene, 3 night stay. Cindy & Bruce greeted my son & I, as we arrived, & throughout our stay, our hosts had everything we wanted! Answered all our questions, & needs with kindness & sincerity! This was our first stay at a Vrbo property; it could not have been a better experience. Our hosts were friendly and gracious. They anticipated our every need, including two outstanding restaurant recommendations for dinner. The view from the backyard was spectacular, as were the flower gardens. Everything was lovely and host very responsive. Only downside was that the A/C for the unit was tied to the main house so no personal control of temperature in the unit. It was hot weather when we were there and the main house being much bigger needed to run high to keep it cool but for our small space it was overkill and very cold and loud. The host did everything they could to keep us comfortable, and turned it off at night so it wasn’t noisy when we were sleeping, but it was an uncomfortable situation because we didn’t want them to be uncomfortable either.

Wonderful!

What a wonderful place and great hosts! We arrived in a downpour (not typical for Grand Junction). Bruce came out with an umbrella and directed us to the door to the suite. Bruce and Cindy go above and beyond! Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

JUCO CWS Visit

Expectations meet on a great 4-night stay while visiting Juco College World Series. Property beautiful landscaped and if you love birds will get your fill this time of year of hummingbirds and others around their beautiful property overlooking the Colorado River. Great place and value for single our double occupancy

This place boasts a lovely, quite, large private room. he bed was comfortable and the newly remodeled bath has a nice strong shower. The hosts are kind and helpful and the access to the outdoors was perfect. Unfortunately, I have chemical sensitivity and the strong scent of laundry detergent didn't work for me but if that is not an issue for you, I am sure you will be very happy with this lovely spot.

This is an excellent place for those wanting a quiet retreat with excellent hosts. The accommodations are great and the hosts are super nice and sweet. The location cannot be beat being right by the Colorado National Monument. The space is spacious and comfortable with lots of extras to make you feel at home. The hosts suggested a route for our drive out to Moab and could not be more grateful as it was AMAZING! Do not hesitate to book this place, you will not regret it!!!

A Beautiful Lifestyle Block

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. This lifestyle block was perched above a beautiful river valley with mountains beyond. The homeowners were very hospitable. The room was well-appointed with lovely furnishings, and the carefully-manicured gardens around the house made for a nice morning stroll.

Excellent place to stay

This is an excellent place to stay. Everything is exactly as described. This little studio was very clean, and had everything you can think of that you might need. My husband and I were very impressed at how thoughtful Cindy and Bruce were and that they fixed it just the way they would want somebody to do it for them. We’re very appreciative of what they did and really like this place We really enjoyed the bed, very comfortable and got a great rest. We would definitely stay there again anytime we are in the area.

We visit Grand Junction frequently because of family. The east wing is truly a blessing! Always meticulously clean, beautifully appointed inside and out. Bruce and Cindy could not be more accommodating. Such a pleasure to return to after enjoying grandkids.

What a tremendous find and stay at a beautiful property! The hosts are so friendly and accommodating that they made me feel like I was staying with family. The grounds and the views are incredible and the unit was extremely well stocked so that even if I had forgotten anything, I had everything I needed provided. If I'm staying in Grand Junction in the future, this is the only place I will consider staying at. Thank you Bruce and Cindy for a great stay!

Beautiful garden

Tranquil really describes this place. The flower gardens, raised veggie beds, meticulously trimmed shrubs and the lush lawn made us feel like we were staying in paradise. The view of the Monument and the city lights in the valley made this the perfect setting for relaxing. A hungry broadtail hummingbird frequented the feeder located on the private deck and the occasional sighting of a little lizard made our stay perfect! Cindy and Bruce were so accommodating and friendly. They were generous in allowing us to take some family photos with our son, daughter in law and our new grandson among the flowers. Bruce even helped with our luggage. I chose this place based on the huge bathroom-easy to share with my husband of 45 years-we will now stay there every time we visit Grand Junction because of the rest. Thank you to Cindy and Bruce, our new friends.
