The best part of this hotel is the esthetics of the lobby and hallways and the shower water pressure. Noise level was doable, they have live music in the lobby, truffle fries at the bar were great. The only issue was the bed and pillows, very thin and the mattress is not the most comfortable.

I hate to write a negative review because the front desk the staff is very sweet, but this is not a 4-5 star property and not worth $600 for one night. Here is what went wrong for the little staycation we had this past Saturday: 1. (Not the fault of the hotel, but still did not help The experience) we ended up opting for a stay the same weekend as prom and a wedding. We could hear noise up and down the hallways through about 2:30 in the morning. Terrible experience. 2. The AC would not work for us until about 3 am. We were sweating like pigs the entire night. We tried to get it to come on but it just wouldn’t work for us. And when it did kick over and turn on, the power/output is very very low. If we had gone just a week prior no problem, but the temps are starting to get warmer outside, so wrong time for the AC to not kick on. 3. The bed. Oh…my…goodness. We have stayed at 200 hotels in our life and this had to be the worse bed we have ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. 4. (Again…not the fault of the hotel, but it didn’t help)…. We purchased a voucher to the French bistro for breakfast. One little problem… staying at the hotel does not necessarily guarantee you a spot in the restaurant, especially while a private birthday event is taking place. We tried to get seating at 10:50 and the earliest spot they had was 12:20. By that time we were gone.the staff did give us a credit though. Just not good. barely worth $250 a night let alone $603.

We appreciate hearing how we did, both the good and the bad, and being able to use those as coaching opportunities for our entire staff. I want to personally apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We pride ourselves on being able to offer top-notch accommodations with amazing guest service; I am sorry to hear we were not able to accomplish that for you. We are excited for what's ahead in 2024, as we have begun the process of renovating our guest rooms. This renovation will include all new furnishings, including brand new mattresses. I have passed your feedback regarding the lack of seating at Margaux to their management team, so that they can work towards improving accommodating all of our guests to the best of their ability. No places to grab a simple soda or water when the Starbucks is closed . Charges you $500 a night then adds $41 a day for parking complete insanity! I most definitely won’t be back

The steam room has a lot of mold in it. The room had a refrigerator that made a loud noise that kept us awake. Dinner was delivered cold twice ( got compted because of it so that’s ok ) the spa was ok but the person giving me my treatment gave me his life story which was not conducive to relaxing. They say it’s champagne in the spa but it’s actually cheep Prosecco. Still tasted ok though. Staff were really nice.

The room was very outdated and small. The orange carpet was coming up all over the room. The bed was hard and feather pillows were very flat. Shower had hair in it and overall small bathroom. Apparently need reservations for breakfast, we didn’t know ahead of time. Overall not worth the money spent

The elevators were a huge problem. Two of the 4 were completely out of order. The one we used, was making a very loud grinding noise, and shaking back and forth while we were on it with about 8 people total. Then, it wouldn’t stop. Thankfully someone in the 19th floor pressed the button to get on and we were finally able to get off. We all thought we were going to die. It just kept going up and it was terrifying. When we reported it and told the front desk, they barely apologized and didn’t seem to care. I will never return to this hotel. It is expensive and supposed to be one of the best. I will take my business across the street to the Amway Grand.

at $350 per night with a breakfast, I expect quality pillows and a hot buffet. Pillows should have been replaced years ago and the breakfast buffet ($50) was cold and awful.
