„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„Although we were not there long enough to really use any of the amenities, they did offer free breakfast every morning which was perfect for us on this stay. When we arrived the front desk staff was very quick with the check in, answered all our questions and even offered some tips on making our stay better and suggestions on things to check out or restaurants to eat at. „This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. „Great property. Very responsive. I do suggest that there should be more seats available outside. There were only 2 chairs and a little wobbly table. Best part was meeting Tina the beautiful silver lab that lives on the other side of the ditch between properties.“
