« Tried getting a top floor room to avoid stomping from upstairs guests but they didn’t have any available and once settled in we had constant stomping from above. When trying to go out the elevator wasn’t working for hours on end so everyone resorted to use stairs with no sign on elevator to signify if it was working or not. « Loved the colors all over, rooms were kind of small but very welcoming. Only bad thing was no pool. It was 101° »

« Team is horrible, they charged me €300 for nothing. Also I cancelled two nights during my 6 days there, and it was ok for them, also to give the money back. But so far, no money from that 2 nights ... another €300. I have lost €600 with this hotel, of course forget to receive an answer after leaving. »

« The pool wasn't open. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good at all. Everything else was fine - the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was good and cold, the breakfast was adequate. »
