Guest access
Guest has access to the entire property except a small storage under the porch.

Other things to note
3rd floor (one bedroom with 3 beds) is only accessible via the spiral staircase.

4th bedroom is in the basement area with karaoke and movie theatre. This floor has its own entrance from outside.

This is a strictly NO FIREWORKS, NO EVENTS home. Any use of fireworks anywhere near the house will result in a $1000 fine.

Any disturbance to neighbors is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refunds.
