„For the cost of the stay, I thought it was phenomenal for what I paid. Everything was very clean and everybody I encountered was extremely accommodating. I stayed here as an alternative to the gaylord convention center for a conference that I had there, because it was more cost-effective, but everything was in very close distance and I had a great stay.“

„The food at the restaurant inside was good, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, all the staff were nice. The manager came over personally and asked about my stay when I was at the bar. Many holiday parties going on. Perfect location to walk around Grapevine and uber if needed to further locations. “

„We arrived a couple of hours ahead of checkin and they allowed us to check in early. The room along with the rest of the property was very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot. Breakfast was on par. The location was great being right by the mall it was close to attractions and shopping. All in all a great stay. We will be back. “

„There was no phone to call for food service at the Lobby Bistro. You had to come down to the Lobby to order food and then wait for it to be ready. Would have been easier to call in an order from our room and then get a call back when it was ready. “

„Loved this stay, definitely will consider staying here anytime we’re in the area. The hotel was tucked in a nice quiet area not too far from the airport(15 min) and not too far from restaurants and activities. The spaces were clean, bed comfy, and breakfast was yum! The staff were also very nice. I loved that I could text the front desk with any requests. Great stay overall!“
