„Property and my rooms were clean and nice. The first night I was in a room with crazy loud AC. I called the desk but they said no maintenance was there and they were full. I told him no worries if they could fix it or move me to a different room that would be great. „An update to the furnishings in the room is needed. Even the public areas are showing their age. This used to be the nicest hotel in the area and Embassy has turned its head on updating the property. Unfortunate because a little focus on keeping it up to date would bring it back to what it used to be. Breakfast service was the highlight of the week's stay.“

Frühstück - das beste auf usnerer dreiwöchigen Rundreise. Zimmer waren trotz der Nähe zum Highway sowie zum Flughafen sehr ruhig. Airportshuttle gratis und kam nach Bestellung innert 30 Minuten (Traffic).“

„Our flight was canceled late at night and we weren't leaving until the following morning, so we needed a place to stay. When we got to the hotel, we were exhausted. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shuttle service was timely to get us back to the airport. Recommend 100%!“
