This was my first time staying in a tiny home with my service dog! It was. Incredibly spacious and had such a private, natural surrounding! I was able to cook, relax and even do laundry in the shed behind the tiny home. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Grass Valley!

We loved our stay in Grass Valley. This place has everything you'd need and was very spacious for 2 people. Everything seemed new and there was so many personal touches at the property. Its very close to downtown and quiet but not really walkable due to no shoulder on the main road. We would love to stay here again. A++++

This was one of the most beautiful and relaxing trips my husband and I have taken. The tiny home was absolutely gorgeous! It was clean and had everything we could have needed right there! This tiny house is AMAZING!! We didn’t want to leave! It’s so cute, wonderfully decorated, all the beds are so comfortable, and it’s the most well stocked place I have ever rented! Everything we could possibly need was there. The grounds outside the tiny house are so thoughtfully whimsically decorated with plants and nick nacks, it makes this place truly magical. It even has a footstool full of toys! Love love LOVE!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit.It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The AC cooled it very well on the 100 degree days. It is well insulated which helps for cooling but also as a noise barrier. Very well stocked with everything you need as well as good treat and drinks to enjoy.It was a peaceful setting and located near good attractions such as being almost across the street from the Empire Park (a must see) and has access to hiking trails just up the street. There is also a bowling alley about a half mile away for more family entertainment.We rented this Tiny home to have and new experience and it was above our expectations. So much fun in such a nicely designed unit!We got to meet the host and they are both very nice and we enjoyed the short visit with them, and when we come back the plan is to get to know them better.Recommended place to stay.Thanks for the fun and memories.

Clean and comfortable, well appointed for the two guests. The hosts care well for the property and made themselves available for traveler's needs.The design of the tiny home suited our needs. Compact outside, large inside. Furnished for comfort, with kitchen and bath accessories, and food/bev pantry.I could reach the city and family in a five mile radius. It's near roads yet is quiet. This location was ideal. Added bonus that state park property trails can be walked into!

This tiny house is located close to town and yet feels secluded. The area is lush and green, peaceful and quiet. This tiny house is very tiny and is not recommended for anyone over 5'5". I'm 5'8" and the lofts were too small for my navigation. This is my problem; not the owner's and did not detract from the overall loveliness of the house. Great Little House

Lovely, bright, and cheery, this tiny compact space made us smile with its well thought out design. As a result of the high ceiling and a large sliding glass window opening out to a view of pine trees, the house felt down right spacious.The deck outside the slider with its resident table and chairs, was inviting. The three of us ate our meals there. We enjoyed our stay very much, even with a 10 year-old grandson who loved his ladder and loft.
